Owner and Managing Director / Primary Technical Lead

Mr. Nashiea Castle is the Owner and Managing Director of Castle & Castle Services Ltd. He serves as the company’s primary technical lead and is responsible for technical assessments, maintenance planning, inspection, troubleshooting, documentation, client coordination, service execution, quality checks, and oversight of outsourced or project-based support personnel.

Mr. Castle brings over 27 years of maintenance experience from his service within the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force Coast Guard, MNS, and NCSRC environments. His background includes technical leadership, radar and surveillance system maintenance, communication systems, networking infrastructure, IT support systems, engineering support, contract support for technical equipment acquisition, and the maintenance of mission-critical installations.

During his leadership and technical tenure, he was involved in key IT and technical infrastructure upgrades, including server room upgrades, firewall implementation, local network improvements, and support for surveillance and technical systems. He was also involved in securing contracts for the purchase of equipment used in the upgrade of mission-critical surveillance systems and served in technical roles connected to maintenance programs for local installations and regional partner systems.

Although his Certified Quality Technician training was not held as a formal quality-control appointment, the principles of quality, documentation, inspection, process control, and procedural discipline have shaped his approach to technical service delivery. His work has consistently reflected a quality-focused mindset through the use of maintenance records, inspection routines, technical guides, OEM documentation, and structured service procedures.

Mr. Castle’s experience also includes enforcing the strict use of OEM maintenance guides, manuals, and technical documentation during his technical tenure. Through years of work in the Trinidad and Tobago and wider Caribbean environment, he contributed to maintenance routines that exceeded standard OEM recommendations due to the unique environmental conditions affecting radar, surveillance, communication, and technical systems in the region.
