Castle & Castle Services Ltd places strong emphasis on disciplined maintenance practices, technical documentation, and adherence to manufacturer guidance. We believe that proper maintenance begins with good procedures, careful inspection, and accurate documentation.

In the Caribbean, equipment is often exposed to salt air, humidity, heat, corrosion, dust, and coastal conditions. Because of this, maintenance sometimes requires more attention than standard manufacturer recommendations.  During Mr Castle's technical career, he was instrumental in developing maintenance routines that went beyond basic OEM procedures to suit better the operating conditions in Trinidad and the wider Caribbean. This experience has shaped the company’s maintenance philosophy: follow the approved standard, understand the operating environment, document the work, and adjust maintenance routines responsibly where conditions require greater attention.
